System Restore in Vista Home Premium

If I go to a restore point say a month ago, will my system loose all the Windows updates and patches that I applied to it in that month? If so, will Auto Update offer them again, or do I have to download the ones that I loose myself?

Auto Update should offer them again. Your rolling back your system to a point before the updates happened. You won't loose any personal data.
