Does anyone know of a good syncing program that allows an exterior hard drive to sync to another exterior hard drive? I try not to keep data on my laptop, instead I keep everything on two separate WD hard drives. One ext hard drive I use daily, the other one I copy all data over to once a week and keep it in a fire proof safe. A very time consuming process with files having to overwrite files of the same name, there are tens of thousands of files. I would rather the hard drives read each other and only sync the newest version of files used.

Any suggestions?

P.S. Online backup systems like Carbonite do not sync exterior hard drives from my experience.

Well, usually you sync folder to folder. Here is one I used before - it's very easy: http://allwaysync.com/

Please do not mark things as solved, until they actually are. Thankyou.
