I've been using Office 2007 till now. I like to keep Outlook in sync with Google Calendar for which I've been using Google's Calendar Sync.

Recently I downloaded Office 2010 Technical Preview and the install went off smoothly. But the Calendar Sync plugin doesn't work with Outlook 2010 now. I get an error message that the installed version of Outlook isn't version 12. Seems Google hardcoded the plugin to work with version 12 only. Is there a work around to get it to work with Outlook 2010?
