3m1l7, welcome to the forum. I don't have a Windows Mobile phone, but I have worked with a PDA using ActiveSync. Is there some advantage to transferring music with WMP? Why not just transfer the music files with ActiveSync to the "My Music" folder -- or whatever it's called these days in Windows Mobile. Then, you should be able to play the music from the Media Player on the mobile device.
