Yeah, so new to these forums, and I'm not exactly computer savvy. I was having trouble switching from Visa to XP on my Gateway Laptop. I followed this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto.....tallation/

And I'm not really sure what to do from here. It says I can begin my installation and I'm not sure how to go about doing that. Any help would be appreciated.

I'll be on MSN & AIM til about 2pm EST.

Thanks~

Well, how much RAM do you have on your laptop?
I'm not too familiar with gateways - hows about posting a full spec list?

Can definitely do that. Give me a few to take screenshot of my Device Manager. I found my primary drivers for XP no problem but now i cant get &%$£ to work on install.

Edit by mod. Can you control your language a little please

Aleeve, people have a hard time to change - even if it is for the better - because it takes some effort. I am sure Iso's problem could be fixed. But he likes the old stuff. So be it.

To this: My major problem is that I can't run the programs needed to do my work, namely Autodesk Maya, and Photoshop. The computer crashes to regularly to even make progress in these programs. :/
