I keep on getting a box coming up from SupportSoft Container, wanting to open programmes on my computer from their web page.
I close the box and it throws me offline and sometimes freezes my computer.
Sometimes it appears every few minutes and it is driving me crazy.
Is there anyhthing I can do to stop it?

Thank you so much. I didn't have sprtsvc. on my programs but I ended the process of sprtcmd hoping this was the same as it was Support Soft Container.
I will come back and let you know what happens.
Interestingly it was my ISP provider that put it there from their updates.
