I just installed Windows Vista on my one computer. I then upgraded to SP2. Whenever I go to watch a video (i.e. Netflix) it loads fine but the video is VERY choppy and the sound skips with the choppy video. Could it be something wrong with how its setup or is the computer just too old? I've had it since like '03 or '04.

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 3200+
RAM: 1GB
Graphics: RADEON 7000 Series
Motherboard: AUS A7V8K-LA

EDIT: It's choppy in both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
