(Solved) - steps to rebuild my laptop

I have a dell d630 and would like to rebuild it what is the best way to start. I wipe almost everything that I had and would like to recover what was lost
as well as rebuild it over can somebody help me....

Did you not backup what you wiped, data etc?

You do have the option to take it back to factory state.

What is your operating system? Vista or XP. Do you have the original install disks?

If you did a complete wipe, then most of your data is lost. What did you wipe with?

Details are extremely helpful!

The Disk Wipe Pro, and I have Windows 7 Ultimate..... Iwas planning on sell my laptop because I was short on cash so I began wiping my system... I really did have a lot on it some personal doc, little music jus the docs was maybe the most. Mike can you help me ... Maybe remote In or something...
