Startup Programs changed now computer wont start

I have just altered the startup programs list, removing the ones i didnt need to try and speed up my startup process but now computer wont start. power is going to cpu as fan and led are switched on. thoughts on how to fix please? help would be much appreciated.

@Abdul14 Welcome to HTG.

Making changes in System Configuration to disable certain items should not have caused this issue.
When you start the PC do you hear the normal Windows Startup sound?
If the answer is "Yes" then try with another monitor.
If the answer is "No" then power off the PC and disconnect all the cables connecting to it and reconnect them and check.

Post back with the results.

i dont hear any sounds, the fan spools up and thats the only sound it makes. hard rive doesnt seem to be running either.

tried disconnecting and reconnecting the cables but still nothing.

If you could open the computer tower side panel and check if the processor fan on the motherboard is spinning or not when the computer is powered ON will further help to isolate the issue.

Have you or can you try restore , to before you did this?

I find using C Cleaner, for startups is easy ,simple without too much interference in computer workings,it is then also easy to reinstate anything if you press a wrong button.
