(Solved) - Solve status button does not work

I tried to remove the solve status in one of the posts with a follow-up query. But clicking on the icon ddid not work. What did I do wrong? Thanks.

Hi feinui,

You can mark posts solved, but you can't mark them unsolved. A mod has to do that for you.
The best way is just to put a remark in the original post that the issue isn't solved yet and we'll remove the solved status a.s.a.p :)
