I smoke . . . am 61 years old and have been trying to quit for about ten years now, but I have about 40 years worth of the habit to kick. Have done it a few times for about 5 or 6 days in a row, but I've always started again.

They say that the vast majority of people who have quit have tried and failed several times before they did it for good. So if that's the case, then I am primed well.

Why are we posting on this again?
