@ bubbatie1,

Where is "red dots" located at on the link you suggested I use.
Right now, I'm also using PostSmile but, at times it doesn't want to work.
Please advise. Thanks.

WOT = Web of Trust, a very quick alert to a sorry website; http://www.mywot.com/

WOT is not an AV, it is one of the first pointers that alerts you to dodgy website. In Firefox.

SmileyCentral is not good news, desist the desire and forget it.

Uninstall it.

@ StringJunky,
Good question.......... I checked funmoods out and came up with 2 different reasons.
In the long run, the good and the bad about having it.

@ vistamike,
You told me what I need to know but, I also have IE and it works in that so, I'll just use
it in IE only. What do you think about that??

I don't know about Vistamike but, SmileyCentral caused problems in two machines that I have had to factory recover. http://www.siteadvisor.com/sit.....om/msgpage

Read through the comments here. You can Google for more bad stories.

Been playing with Funmoods and Babylon Search tonight as removal exercises and Funmoods is actually pretty straightforward especially if you tell its installer to save your settings before installing...it's not actually difficult to remove if you understand your browsers which is why most people have problems with it because they don't. I'll have a go with Smiley Central Warlock when I've done a re-run of Babylon and Funmoods to make sure I've nailed them down. Will make a thread later. Babylon is a bad one for Chrome because it has instructions to restore its URL in its Preferences file.

OK,,,,,,,,, New deal now!
My connection to the internet was acting up so I tried the fix the Tech at work had given me.
No Luck and got some strange comments so, I decided to print it out and show it to him.
Printer wouldn't work!! Thought about pulling my hair out but, did a system restore instead.
It may have been Smiley Centrals fault, who knows, it's gone now. So, tell me, which suggestion
is closest to Smiley Central as I like what they had...... Please advise.

Thanks,
Robin
