I run Chrome beta 4.0.223.16 as my default browser. I have a pretty good rig complete with 4 gigs of RAM in a 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate installation. But astonishingly Google chrome manages to go all sluggish after about ten minutes of usage and 5 tabs open. Can you please tell me why? Also, I've seen other people have this problem as well. Thanks

Google Chrome advertise itself as the fastest browser. The best way to isolate the issue will be trying with other browser like Firefox. If the performance is good in FF then you may try reinstall of Chrome.

I know that chromes the fastest at rendering web pages, but its very sluggish (takes time to respond to clicks). I tried reinstalling it.. I started having this problem since I moved to Windows 7. Firefox seems to be fine.It responds..
