i followed the instructions on slip-streaming to integrate the storage drivers into XP installation CD. New XP installation CD was created but it doesnt boot up when i select boot from CD at the setup menu whereas the original XP disc without the storage drivers required was able to boot up. I was trying to get XP onto my vista for dual boot however i encountered the same problem of not being able to have XP setup as windows was not able to detect the right storage driver as i have no floppy.
