When I put my desktop to sleep, it wakes up in less than a minute. What is waking it up?

Are you moving your mouse or such? You have to make sure everything is perfectly still.

Even a nearby loudspeaker or the vibration from a desktop computer can make the mouse twitch!

It could also be your wireless card waking it up. There's an advanced option deep within the power options to let the wireless card wake the computer up or not. I'll explain if you think that may be the problem.

Yeah, and your USB as well. Same as above.

Problem solved. It was my network card. I turned off the option that allowed it to wake up the computer. I also turned off this option on the mouse and keyboard. I now have to push a button to wake it up. Thanks for all of the replies.
