Sleep Mode not working

Hi, for some reason whenever i'm on the computer for like 1hr+ and run some programs like bitlord/winamp. Sleep Mode works for about 5 seconds or so and then automatically turns back on the computer without touching. Any one with suggestions?

The problem is that your computer is set to wake on lan. Here's the fix:
