I want to buy Xtouch X708s tablet. so pls tell me something about it . And it will support to sim card as well.

Those particular tablets take external dongles which would be a recipe for broken dongles and usb ports as they stick out from the sides. You want a tablet that has an integrated 3G/4G sim slot. The other way round it is to get a mifi access point which you can keep in your pocket...you can share the internet this way as well.
