i just installed this video card and got it working (GeForce 8600GT), my base score went from 3.0 to 5.3 although i cant help but noticing that when i was looking at the gpu properties it says something like shared memory isnt that for onboard cards?. before i upgraded to 8600GT XXX, i had an onboard video card 6150SE nForce 430 and before i even installed the new gpu i uninstalled the driver for it, does this mean that my new vid card is some kid of an onboard card? i'm not a comp-savvy lol, can someone briefly explain this?.my friend told me if i disabled the onboard card, i'll automatically get the shared memory and free up my RAM. i have a link for more convenient purposes here it is the thing that's on my nvidia control panel. http://i134.photobucket.com/al.....z/8600.jpg

also i have downloaded the latest driver from the nvidia website 169.25

addition to that, i took a picture of the bios from F10 setup of what it says in there i tried to disable all the ones with "onboard" on their name and ended up slowing down my startup instead i enabled them again.
here's the pic http://i134.photobucket.com/al.....C00756.jpg
