My client wants to make a contacts list that can be shared and modified by all. He also wants a default calender that does the same. How can I do this so that all changes are made available to all users as a default. They are using outlook 2003 and exchange 2003. Is this possible and how can I move these from outlook to exchange

I'm not sure exactly how to set it up but I know this can be done with Public Folders in Exchange. Where I work there are Contacts and Calender Public Folders in exchange that everyone can access with Outlook.

Welcome to The HTG Forums.
Here is a link that maybe?? will get you started in the right direction.
Use to know about this but can't remember because I haven't used complete software package in several years.

If you search MS for (outlook) long enough, feel sure they have probably 1000s of articles and how-tos.
