As already discussed here, I have a problem with Windows Mail "unable to choose recipients".

Today I finally got a reply mail from Microsoft's customer service and it told me to run 'chkdsk /f', which I did, but it didn't help at all.
I was also told to create a new useraccount and that should have Windows Mail running allright.
Well, it didn't (it had far more problems than my normal account, so much so Windows Mail wouldn't even start).
And besides - they don't expect me to transfer éverything I have on my current account to another one?
Screenshots of the errors I post in a second post, otherwise they disappear when this topic is solved LOL
(it happened again on another topic, Lighthouse - I just put back the links to the images, but have forgotten which topic it was)

So I've been googling this a bit and came across this.
So I thought I'll run the system file checker. (sfc /scannow)
But it has troubles itself!
It runs for 29% and then it has a problem. I ran it again using cmd first to get a screenshot, but there is no errormessage, so it doesn't help much.

So - how do I get sfc back to working order?

And another thing I noticed (but it might not be related to my Windows Mail problem at all, just a setting I missed) is that I don't have BCC as an option for sending mail anymore. Just CC.
I had BCC on my Win98 Outlook Express. Is this something that went lost with Vista or do I have to change a setting somewhere so I'll see it again?
(I've looked and looked but so far haven't found it).

Thanks for your help, guys!
Sarah.

Windows Mail screenshots:
1.) can't load addressbook
2.) can't start Windows Mail, unable to initialise windows contacts. your computer does not have enough memory or your hard drive is full
3.) can't start windows mail, because MSOE.DLL can't be initialised

@ 2: I have 3GB memory and a 500GB HDD of which about 5% is used. So whatever ....

Re Windows Mail BCC: In the new message window click the view menu and click All Headers. Then the BCC box will appear.
