Hello I am tring to set up XP mode using virtual pc 2007 on Windows 7 Pro
As i do seaches on the internet people suggest diffent things
I have downloaded two diffent version of the XP Mode VirtualWindowsXP_32_en-us (445MB) and a WindowsXP_32_en-us (469MB)
when I load VirtualWindows(445) is gives me a messge it is read only and will not load in vitraul PC - I am unable to change - Error access denied
when I load WindowsXP_32_en-us (469MB) it will load and and install - but I am unable to register Error code is invalid

Reading off the internet suggestions have been given to download virtual pc the newest version all i can find is version 2007
or download some file vxpm??? to update windows... a microsft update
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both products still same issue
Is there something I am missing or need to update
or where are these files vitral pc the lastest version or this vxpm update as suggested
Thanks for any input Floyd
