Hello, I have a Vista X64 Home edition and was messed up by me. The "User variables for owner" and my temp/tmp system variables are gone and the system puts temp files all over the system... I was wondering if there is a way to reset or put back to default, if not, I would like to know how to fix this.

Well I am basically saying I want to fix the temp file dumps because they are dumping in random places.
