Sent emails recovered??

Is there any way to retrieve sent emails from an account? My computer crashed, my sent emails I use to journal my kids growing up were on there, and I just wanted to get those emails I had sent and print them.
Any way to do this??

Do you know why your computer crashed? Are you able to boot into it now?

If the answer to Scott's question is YES, type MAIL into the Start Search field and click on the folder MAIL. That should show all your mailfolders.
If this does not work, try this http://www.howtogeek.com/howto.....ment-38960 You have to first download Shadow Explorer from here: http://www.shadowexplorer.com/
If you had to reinstall Vista, then you may not able to recover those files.
