Send To (Strange shortcut problem)

Hey

I have used the right click "Send To" shortcut many many times but this one windows 7 computer is giving me some grief. The send to shortcut refers to the App Data skydrive sync folder. Any other computer works great except this one.
When I right click a file and select "send to" and select the skydrive link, It just opens the skydrive folder and that's it. Is this a permission thing or what?

Any ideas?

Type SHELL:SENDTO into start/search and hit Enter. Delete this skydrive link in that folder and move those links into the folder that you like to have.
