Added items .Can they be rearranged?I'd like to have the most often used ones on top of list when I go to send to[right-click mouse and send to].Went to send to screen and organize option is for all folders.

Are you referring to your desktop? You can right click an open area and select "sort by..."

Alphabetized, then external drives. No idea if the order can be changed.

Scott is correct.Can't rearrange right-click send to items on mouse.

It seems as if there is a folder where you can rearrange the send to options but it is inaccessible.

You can change the items in the SendTo folder and name them alphabetically. So, name the one you use most in a fashion to make it appear first. The send to folder is can be accessed from Run command:

C:\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

Good information; but...I typed IncrediMail in the SendTo list and when I tried to send a photo, using SendTo, IncrediMail appeared but it did not do anything when I clicked on it. How do you add items to SendTo that actually function? Thanks
