So would you say it is probably happening as we speak i.e people/governments actually creating the stuff ?

I remember reading about a guy called David Hamill (I think that was the guy) who discovered a strange white powder that came from gold, a kind of precipitate that was supposed to have Very Very 'spiritual' qualities.

Quite possibly just hocum but who knows. It was called "White powder gold" and said to have potent Anti-Cancer qualities.
My point is, if true (and it is said to have been in use in ancient Egypt) then our Ancestors were truly the innovators and we are merely the regression part of the DNA coming through, which would explain our lack of 'break throughs'.
