@Scott,

GREAT ARTICLE !!

I'll bet not very many folks in our group know there is daily "spot market price" on memory just as on other commodities.

Kindest Regards,
Rick P. ♥ :)

@Scott,
How about that late breaking AIG bailout an hour or so ago ??
TOO BIG TO FAIL ??
Not sure if I agree or disagree. (Really)

@Scott,

Just looking at the (LONGS) and (SHORTS), appears others were also like me - (UNSURE).
Year trend line speaks for its' self.
That is a nice package you have !!
Assume it's real time also.

Yes, realtime.
The markets may like the bailout news (a brief selling respite), not necessarily AIG shareholders.

I think the shorts were pretty sure ;)

@Scott,

Both your statements appear true.
I am just plain scared right now !!
We are in a heck'av of a mess and things could get worse.
Just was watching CNN AC360.

I can't say I'm sacred because some of the best trading opportunities come in sloppy markets like these (long/short). I will say I'm concerned about the potential tax bill we will have to digest going forward :(

@Scott,
Agree, that's why I looked at the (LONGS) and (SHORTS) first in the AIG chart.
Afraid on a national level, the tax bill is going to be there no matter what happens going forward.
The money has already been spent (Debt and deficit).
The old percentage of GNP argument won't hold water if there "ain't no GNP". (LOL)
Kindest Regards, (RAP Sleeping)

Rick,

those entry/exit points are not my own, they're the ones generated by the software I use.

@Scott,
knew they weren't your own points. You have to set your own timing or will be eaten alive by the "big boys".
I looked at the entry / exit points to see how bad it was which gave me a "feel" for what happened.
THANKS for overnight link.
Market open is NOT good this morning. Might stabilize a bit later in day but when and where ??
I've got a bad "gut" feeling.
