using safe mode in windows vista is it possible to change the password of anotehr account or remove it if so plz leave directions, thanks!

Do you have access to a normal account in vista? If so im pretty sure you can activate a administrator account in vista through a normal account.

If you have administrator access you can change anybody's password from normal or safe mode.

I'm guessing he wants to change a account so he can become admin or something. If not then follow this guide if you already have admin access:
