I have been playing runescape for 6 years and when they gave an option to have added security about 3 months ago, I added it.
This involves adding your device and giving 5 security questions.
I have previously tried to take it off, but cannot remember my security questions and realised it was safer to keep it on anyway.
Yesterday I tried to log into the game and it said not able to because someone has tried to remove account guardian and too many requests have been wrong, and that my device is not recognised.
