How to fix rundll.exe in Windows 8 some bug are showing up after 3 day ?

Sorry that all the info. it gives me, just a popup saying rundll.exe failed turn of program. I can`t get it to give me anything else.
Also I get another popup saying, Saying COM Surrogate has stopped working when I clos Internet Expkorer.

Hi I think I found out what was wrong it seemed that when I shut down Windows Explorer Is when these popups would appear, then I got a window on Googles home page that the theme pictures are going to disappear on Nov,16 so to delete them now I did and Im not getting the popups for now anyway,
They might not have been compatible with Window.
