I have 2 rundll32.exe's running and using about 2gb of memory, and causing the CPU to run 100%. Any suggestions of how to find out if they are malware or a virus? When running Process Explorer the Command Line info for both is:

rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess Flags:27131 WinX:0 WinY:0 IEFrame:00000000

That appears to be cache cleaners I think? If you GOOGLE ClearMyTracksByProcess you'll find a LOT of hits and suggestions on this. Most it seems are associated with IE though, and some give manual commands to do this.

As for the command itself, these are valid,

============

rundll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 8 Internet temporary files
rundll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 2 Cookies
rundll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 1 History
rundll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 16 Forms Data
rundll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 32 Passwords
rundll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 255 Delete everything

==============

Not sure if running the last one manually would clear your problem?
