Dig deeper under Windows 7 Link.
Maybe they are using Vista Tweaks as Windows 7 material.

Just interesting as Windows 7 Beta has not been officially released to public.

Understand. But I sometimes have problems with your hieroglyphic postings. My circuits got slow. The ones from LH are often the same. - lol
