(Solved) - Retrieve 'changed' user account

I thought I clicked 'create account' but clicked 'change account'. Consequently I have lost a profile. Can anyone instruct me on how to retrieve it?

If you haven't deleted all the files for the old profile, log in as the Built-in Administrator and I think? you can retrieve all the files from the old profile if I remember correctly. Then set up a new user profile and finish by deleting all the files of the old profile.

Thanks for all your input folks. Truly appreciate the help. I ended up taking the easy way out with the 'restore' command. Problem solved!!!
