I AM PLANNING TO USE WINDOWS VISTA MY PC IS 3.2GHZ INTEL PENTIUM4, 1G RAM AND 128 VIDEO CARD AND ALSO HDD 80G SEAGATE I HAVE ALSO SATA BUT I PREFER TO USE SEAGATE...GUYS WHICH OS IS BETTER FOR ME THE XP OR VISTA?

I would recommend that you run Windows XP SP3. Vista needs lots of memory and hard drive space and you will feel squeezed with what you have. While the hardware that you list does match the basic recommendation for Vista Home Premium, that just means it will run with basic performance and features:

If you have XP on there now, you can try the Vista Upgrade Advisor to see if the hardware and software will be Vista compatible.

With only one GB of RAM and a 128MB gfx card (you don't say which model) I would also recommend XP.
