Can someone please post a screenshot of what the All Programs list looks like in Windows 7? (All Programs from the Start Menu)

Its not a great picture, but I'm still downloading stuff for my laptop...zune software and such...and i'm on a really slow connection so it got shrunk/decolorized.

Thank you. The first image you uploaded was good enough for me to see what I wanted to see, and unfortunately, my biggest complaint with the GUI of Vista has been carried over into Windows 7. (The way All Programs becomes a scroll list in the start menu itself.)

Right, that's one of the few things I like in XP - the splash list. There you see everything at one glance.

If I could get XP All Programs, with Vista start menu search...that would be amazing
