How can I replace the drivers in a computer that cannot/will not connect to the internet to down load them, there are 7 of them.I in the group is the Intel PCI Modem #82801FB/FBM. I need to know if they can be downloaded to disc from one computer and installed from the disc and how to do it. Thanks in advance.

Best to go to the Dell site, go to d/l's for the 4700, and then d/l them to a computer. Then transfer to a flash drive, USB drive (external), burn them to a CD/DVD.

I think all Dell drivers start with 'R' and are self-executing ZIP's. The problem you could run into is one of the missing drivers are for either the USB connector or DVD drive. That will severely limit your method to install.
