Repair Outlook 2010

IN trying to fix Outlook 2010 not responding by using the "Repair" function the following message was recieved.

"Error 1310 Error writing to file c:/Config.Msi/466555d.rbf.

Verify you have access to that directory. "

What does it mean and how do i fix it?

bobbycook. Hi and welcome.

This seems to be a generic problem with .Msi (microsoft installer)

Are all MS programs installed correctly?

Do you have http://helpx.adobe.com/creativ.....-file.html

Are you running as administrator?

It might be an idea to disable UAC and your antivirus temporarily.
