ok i got sumting new guys...
its says i need permision to remove it and i tried to remove it in safe mode
this ones is called program:WIN32/Antivirus2008
i found the location once again but cant remove/ erase it
any ideas?

I "think" this is one of those anti-virus scams. You can download and run this:
http://www.superantispyware.com/ (free version)

Superantispyware is safe, especially if you get it from filehippo.com - and it works wonders. Your other option is a reinstall.

Download this http://filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/ and run it. You'll see. 80% chance you'll get rid of it.
PS: with Spybot you have a much lesser chance. That is more specialized on tracking cookies. But it does not hurt to try if the other does not work.

@ Bartman - I see nothing wrong with it. Whs not only knows how to boot in safemode - he lives there:)
