I "think" this is one of those anti-virus scams. You can download and run this:
http://www.superantispyware.com/ (free version)

Superantispyware is safe, especially if you get it from filehippo.com - and it works wonders. Your other option is a reinstall.

I'm with Bartman - superantispyware is one you cán use. I have it too and it is very good.
Another one you can trust is Spybot Search and Destroy http://www.safer-networking.or.....index.html

Edit: and whs:)
Whs - we posted at the same time LOL

Run spybot and /or superantispyware and if you're lucky they will find it in their scan and remove it for you.

Download this http://filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/ and run it. You'll see. 80% chance you'll get rid of it.
PS: with Spybot you have a much lesser chance. That is more specialized on tracking cookies. But it does not hurt to try if the other does not work.

Just for my peace of mind, the link I gave is good, yes? I believe it's the official site.
