(Solved) - REMOVING HYPERLINK ON MS WORD ON MAC

Help please have doc with hyperlink brought in from parts of imported doc. Cannot remove - read all the helpful advice on the forum, and have done the Command A followed by Command Shift F9 as suggested and it doesn't seem to work the little anchor is still there. What am I doing wrong???

just highlight the hyperlink right click on it go to hyperlink in the menu and erase the line under the box.

you can try to select a normal text in your file and use the Format Painter on your hyperlink , it should do the issue.
