I would like to remove some email addresses that have accumalated for many months form previous send to addresses. Each time I select the send to button I get a list of similar email addresses that I do not want to sort thru to get the address I want. How can I delete these other "one time use" email addresses that are not already stored in my contacts list?

Thanks

Steve

Assuming you are talking about a gmail account, check out this article that was up on lifehacker last week http://lifehacker.com/398595/g.....-selective

And if it's Outlook you mean, hit Shift + Delete on the highlighted name you want to permanently remove.
