I installed Windows 7 RC on one of my drives and later did a clean install of Windows 7 RTM on another drive. How can I uninstall Windows 7 RC without affecting Windows 7 RTM?

Reformat the drive with the RC on it, and then use,

To remove it from the boot manager.
