I made the huge mistake of installing trial version of MS Office 2007 and very unhappy. Now the free trial has run out and I've lost all functionality - want to remove 2007 and restore 2003. Will I lose all of my files if I do this???? Don't want to purchase 2007 version..........

You can save all MS Office files to the 2003 version in MS Office 2007.
e.g. you can save a word document in .docx to .doc document in MS word 2007.But i forget where is the setting. My version is 2003 now.
Google it and find how to save the files. Then remove 2007,your files won't be lost.

Since it is quite hard to get a copy of Office 2003 legally (the only way I know is through TechNet), I would recommend upgrading to the 2010 beta at http://office.com/beta
