How do I Remove and re-install Internet Explorer?
I'm having problems with it running slow and not going to web pages unless I copy and past the url in the url bar.
Windows Add or Remove programs won't do it.

You can't remove IE, but you can reset the preferences to defaults which is very similar and should solve the issue. You can follow this guide, which should mostly work on XP as well:
