(Solved) - reformatted usb drive question

formatted usb ext drive to ntfs. ok! i can see drive and copy files to it and seems to be working. no i just noticed that when you mouse over folder instead of giving size of folder it just larger than ?. seems i ran across this a long time back but cant remember how to get it to show folder size.
