I get email that include pictures within the text that are HUGE. Is there any way to reduce the size of the pictures - maybe move them out of the email message?

If they arrive HUGE then that is the way they are sent. If you want to keep them and make them smaller, you can process them from within a paint type program

If you cannot copy/paste the pics from the E-mail you can download the E-mail to your computer and go from there. Huge in size does not necessarily mean huge in number of bytes. For both size and byte (format) reduction use PAINT as Lighthouse says. If you want to print them picture size, move them into a Word 4 by 6 document and print that.
