I need this picture to be 40kb or under, but I also cannot change the dimensions (760-375 pix) AND I want to lose as little quality as possible!

Or this one would be even better!

I don't know what you want to do with the picture. But if you convert it into .pdf with e.g. doPDF ( http://www.dopdf.com/ ), you get a significant reduction of bytes (up to factor 10). But then, of course, it changes filetype from whatever it is now to .pdf.

Why do you need the file size to be 40kb or under?

Aleeve, you will just have to re-compress it. Do you need a particular format? I loaded the GIF image in IrfanView, then saved it out as JPEG using the RIOT plugin to fix the size below 40 KB. Came out to 39.6 KB in JPEG and still looks good.
