My desktop computer, has had many troubles on the last week, to the point where I tried to do a system restore, and it just kept bluescreening thru every try i tried to do, On one of the tries, it bluescreened right at the end of it trying to install windows, not allowing me to acces anything anymore, Whenever I try to power it on, I get a message which says, Boot failure, Please insert the disk, windows came pre-loaded on it, so I currently only own a pair of recovery CD's which seem to do nothing to it at all.
So being extremely desesperated after days of atempts, I bought Windows vista recovery CD From http://systemdiscs.com/ , And i tried to follow these instructions:

Number one its out of the question as It won't let me into windows or inside nothing really, so skipping to number two and three with no luck whatsoever, I type the Comands that they provide me, after I insert the CD i created with the boot File, But they do not actually do anything, I admit I am a total computer nerd, I don't really know much about them, So I am not sure I am typing the comands properly how I am supposed to.
I type them exactly as the place shows me, Space where it shows a space, slash where it shows a slash, but nothing occurs, I googled a little bit, and found so many different ways people types them like, am I suposed to use a Specific way for this that I can't seem to figure out?
It doesn't actually do nothing, it just shows a blinking bar waiting for me to do something else? but what could that be?
Any help would be much apreciated = /.
