It works for others. In short you simply have to put the picture somewhere on an internet site. Call it up in your browser and capture it's URL then click on the Image button and paste it in there.

Open drive.google.com and sign in with gmail account. Upload your file there and and set it for public visibility.

Use Dropbox. This time, if you don't have dropbox account, then create one.

Sometime, its better to seek available alternatives rather than questioning again and again.
