Receiving Blank Emails .. Outlook 2010 Professional Plus 32 -Bit .

I faced some weird issues with that Outlook 2010 :-

First My Environment Systems ( I am Running Windows Server 2008 R2 and no Exchange - Including AD - DHCP - DNS - Routing )

1-In Sent Items .. some days disappeared and if i restart it ,, the disappeared days show up and other days disappeared and sometimes some sent emails from one day disappear .. Weird huh

2-I am Facing This Problem That some personnel received a Blank emails .. with subject only ... from each-others Here what i did i Disabled ( Add-ins ) - (Anti-Spam ) - ( Scan Mail ) i thought it might be a AV problem which i am using Bit-Defender Business Client ..

-i am using Pop3 and now nothing to do ?? Now Some of them Received a Blank emails with nothing ..

3- the .pst path .. i have one Client got this problem whenever i open his outlook it gives me error message says : the current location for the pst file can not be open .. after two times it work and sometimes after few times .. even if the path is the right path but whatever to Outlook 2010

BTW the .Pst file current location is on the Server ..

Anyway Any Suggestion .. But only a new Suggestion .

And here other problem .. What about Outlook 2010 Professional Plus .. When i open it ..says processing for about forever .. and it's a fresh Installed One .. So What do you think ??

This link related to the hanging and not responding Outlook .. and this method taking the numbers of client over 300 ,, but with my case they only 30 .. !!
but i am pretty sure that .PST shouldn't be over a network but .. how i can keep it away from clients ,, they could delete it or mess with it .. then all Data is gone .. So ?? .. Auto-Archive is the solution but what a heck .. i fixed the hanging and not responding problem by replacing the PST file .. but still i can't open the other PST .. to move the emails from it to the new PST file .. i even Repaired it but nothing work ,, this only PST file doing this .. So i think the problem been in the PST file even the PST file size is 450 MB ,, So do you think there is a Mail casing this problem or the PST file is Corrupted .. i think its Corrupted but how it become Corrupted ?? Cause i am using it over a Wan & Lan ,, hmmm this means the other PST files will be Corrupted ?

but still i have the main three problems .. any Suggestions ??

I think if you have 30 clients using the PST over a network, the file will continuously become corrupted with unpredictable results as you have seen.

My suggestion would be to follow recommendations in the article. :)
