hi guys,seeing you guys have been so helpful to me,i thought i would tell you about the fantastic free RAINBOW FOLERS zip file that i downloaded FREE & use on my xp. it is great,just install & right click,it gives you the option on a colour slidebar to adjust to any colour you want for your folders,whether dark or light colours,my pc now is filled with different ones,i think it looks great ...........also there is an option to use,classic,vista or xp style !

lighthouse,i didn`t pay a thing for my coloured folders,try this - DEVIANTART.COM and look under customizations for coloured rainbow folders,they are FREE .........

whs i appreciate the help that this site offers everyone,you are right that we learn from each other,i live in a small town & there are not many people that are willing to share their knowledge,so the internet is great for me,i have only had computers for 6 years,but it is my hobby now,so i`m learning fast .........thank you for your reply

yes,i only learn`t about forums 6 mths ago,so mainly i have had to teach myself by fiddling,crashing the pc & than formatting,& also picking up things along the way,i must admit though,it has been a very interesting learning experience,
